TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
This order is final and binding. Request for cancellation, changes in specifications shall be delivered to Seller in writing and are subject to Seller's ability to confirm which is dependent upon factory approval.

DELIVERY
In the event that delivery is required to another location other than our warehouse, a KM charge of $0.60 per KM will apply based on Map Quest specifications. This KM charge will apply for the return trip as well. Acceptable delivery times / days must be made within 5 days of our receipt of trailer at our warehouse. A $30.00 daily storage charge will apply after the allowable 5 days till the storage reaches the amount of the trailer before taxes and shipping. Trailer then becomes the property of the Seller and can be sold to another buyer with no refund to the original Buyer.

DELAYS
The Seller can not be held responsible for delays or other causes not within our control that may force postponement of the expect delivery.

GENERAL LIABILITY
No liability shall occur agent the Seller as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions resulting from and strike, lockout, work stoppage, accident, Act o f God, or other delay beyond the Seller's control.

PAYMENT TERMS
Stinger Trailer Canada Limited terms of sale are minimum 1/3 deposit at time of purchase and remaining 2/3 of purchase price prior to placing of order with factory.

RETURN POLICY
Seller will not accept return of trailer once it is delivered. Seller at own discretion may assist the Buyer in reselling the trailer to another buyer. Stinger Trailer Canada Limited will not assume any responsibility for worthiness of the trailer. All warranties will be void once trailer is resold.

WARRANTY
Trailer has a warranty for 2 year against defects. Any damage caused by misuse will not be covered. It is in the discretion of the seller if the damage was caused by misuse. Regular maintenance must be performed on trailer as outlined in owners documentation supplied upon delivery
